Zahid is a finance and strategy professional with experience spanning public accounting, growth capital investing, and management consulting. Known for his steady leadership and sharp strategic lens, he has supported numerous lower mid-market transactions, led transformation initiatives, and helped businesses scale through data-driven growth strategies.

Before co-founding Two Oceans Ventures, Zahid was a Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group, where he guided cross-functional teams to support strategy and transformation for some of Canada’s largest businesses. He began his investment career at First West Capital, where he structured creative capital solutions for owner-led companies across Canada.

Zahid holds a CPA designation, is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants, and is also a CFA Charterholder. He serves on the Board of the Delta Chamber of Commerce and is deeply connected to Canada’s business community.

Outside the office, Zahid lives in Vancouver with his wife Zahra. He’s a runner, a social soccer player, and a self-proclaimed brisket-smoking, smashburger-loving home chef who thrives on building, whether it’s businesses, teams, or his next BBQ lineup.

Jade is a finance and corporate development professional with a background in public accounting, private equity–backed acquisitions, and strategy. She has supported numerous transactions at PwC and the execution and integration of acquisitions at The Universal Group, a PE-backed platform in infrastructure services.

Her career spans advisory and corporate development roles across North America, Europe and Africa, with deep experience in financial modeling, post-close integration, and value creation. Known for her analytical discipline and thoughtful leadership style, Jade thrives in fast-moving environments where structure and empathy go hand in hand.

Jade holds a CPA designation and is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants. She actively contributes to the finance and business community as Vancouver Chapter Head of Chartered Accountants Worldwide and through roles with the Surrey Board of Trade and Women in Finance.

She lives in Vancouver with her husband, Nathan, their daughter Zoë, and their Scottish Terrier, Winston. Outside of work, she enjoys snowboarding, baking sourdough, and reading, and approaches life and business with grounded curiosity, care, and conviction.
